Turlock?

At four PM the day before the start of our great adventure we decided there really wasn't any reason to wait around until the next day to leave. We figured we could cut our trip to Las Vegas in half if we drove to Modesto. At 9PM we checked into a motel in . . . of all places . . . Turlock. We will have an early start tomorrow and drive on to Las Vegas.
